"Partial" / "limited" reflects features that exist but with significant caveats — e.g., PsychoPy ships a desktop Builder app and a separate web runtime (Pavlovia); Qualtrics treats multi-stage flows as conditional survey logic rather than longitudinal protocols. Corrections welcome at [email].
